Privacy

MyDavar uses lightweight analytics, when configured, to understand page visits and whether major study features are useful. The tracker is configured without advertising trackers, cookies, session replay, or cross-site profiles, and it respects browser Do Not Track settings.

MyDavar sends route paths and generic feature events. Some events may include a translation identifier, book identifier, feature name, or reading scope. The analytics provider also receives ordinary technical request information needed to deliver the service, such as browser, device, and approximate network-derived location information.

MyDavar does not send Scripture text, search terms, note text, bookmark or collection contents, selected text, email addresses, names, account IDs, or payment information to analytics. URL query strings and referrers are removed before analytics is sent.
